Tools

The tools I wish my clients had. So I built them.

Talk about an AI-ready mindset is cheap. This is what mine looks like in practice: real software, in real use, solving the decisions that slow transformations down. The set grows as I build.

CALM Command Center

Live

Talk to SAP Cloud ALM in plain language. Reports come back as cards, and every change waits for your explicit confirmation.

A chat command center for SAP Cloud ALM. Ask for a project health report and get KPI cards, tables, and status charts pulled live from the tenant. When something needs action, the AI proposes the change and a human confirms it before anything is written. Runs entirely on your own machine: credentials, secrets, and project data never leave it. Manages sandbox and client tenants side by side, with simulation as the default for every new connection.

SAP Toolchain Explorer

Live

Map and decide the right toolchain for an SAP transformation, by priority, not by vendor pitch.

A decision tool that turns a noisy market of SAP delivery tools into a clear, priority-based map. Sales teams and clients use it to design a toolchain around what the programme actually needs: data residency, certifications, integration, AI capability. Built in-house, in daily use on live programmes.

SAP Decision Scorecards

Live

Three of the calls that decide an SAP S/4HANA programme: the integrator, the team, and the data. Made on evidence, not on a pitch.

Three vendor-neutral decision tools behind one shell. Choose an integrator by weighted fit against editable criteria, with a fit radar, the watch-outs a polished pitch is built to hide, and the RFP questions to put to every firm. Assess cutover data readiness across six quality dimensions for a board-grade go / no-go verdict, with a hard veto gate the average cannot override. Lock the named senior team with a key-personnel clause that makes a bait-and-switch contractually expensive. No logos pre-loaded, nothing leaves the browser.

The Game of AI: Scorecard

Live

A companion to the film. Four honest questions about how you actually work in the age of AI, and where that leaves you.

Not a quiz, an instrument. It scores four things the market cannot: how much of your work is real judgment versus codified and downloadable, where your energy goes, whether your instinct is to deny the next tool or absorb it, and who you are without your job title. You get an honest verdict, exposed, adapting, or durable, and a direction. Browser only, nothing saved, nobody watching.

Clean Core Fit Check

Live

A companion to the film. Would your business actually fit inside SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition? Inspect the apartment before you sign the lease.

An inspection checklist built on the film’s metaphor: public cloud ERP as a rented apartment where you can only anchor into the mounting points the landlord pre-installed. Six walls, six honest questions, integrations, pricing logic, reporting dimensions, forms, configuration depth, and in-stack development. Each wall shows whether your requirement fits, causes friction, or hits a hard wall, and the verdict tells you what to demand in writing before you sign. Browser only, nothing saved.
